Brookland’s Clubhouse grows from the ground up

The whole team at Reside Communities is very proud and excited to be working on multiple community expansions, including that of the new community centre and apartments at Brookland Retirement Village in Robertson.

This last month has seen our construction crews busy removing almost 10,000 m3 of earth to form the basement of the highly anticipated new Clubhouse and apartments.

Completing these excavations will allow the team to install the bored pier footings, creating a firm foundation for the new building which will stand the test of time for our current and future residents.

The next significant milestone is expected at the end of July when the tower crane will be erected on the site.

With this crane in position, the main building structure can start taking shape above ground level, allowing more workers to join our construction team and accelerating the pace of progress.

Featuring a cinema, indoor heated lap pool, gym, cafe, bar and kitchen, lounge and dining spaces, a workshop and more, the new Clubhouse will add to the enviable lifestyle already enjoyed by Brookland residents.

A selection of new one, two and three-bedroom apartments will also present new opportunities for retirees who want to enjoy modern apartment living in this leafy, well-established location.

Stay tuned as we release more photos and share the latest updates soon.
