Samford Grove
It won’t be long before Stage 3 at Samford Grove is finalised!
Two new homes in Stage 3 have recently been complete and the final landscaping works are now underway. The warmer weather will soon bring the community’s newest gardens and green spaces to life!
Brookland Robertson
Construction of Brookland’s latest stage, The Banksia, is now underway! The majority of excavation works have now been completed and the first basement ground slab has been poured.
Once complete The Banksia will feature 57 apartments in addition to the expansion’s first stage which delivered a new community centre with five-star facilities.
Esperance Hope Island
We’re making the finishing touches within Stage One, Esprit, including the installation of a new ‘Esperance’ sign, and final works complete on the waterfront boardwalk.
All eyes are now on construction of Esperance’s second chapter, Essence, as progress begins to unfold.
Essence’s podium has now been poured with glazing installed up to Level 1 of the new building. Formwork has commenced for level 6 while a final pour has been placed for Level 5.
Due for completion in mid-2024, Essence will include an exclusive collection of one, two, three bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Fairway Carindale
Fairway has reached a new construction milestone as roof installations on all buildings are now complete!
The internal fit out including painting is progressing well and fit-off is now complete for three levels in the building. This will continue in the coming months.
Over at the new Pacific Golf Clubhouse, it’s all hands-on-deck as parts of the commercial kitchen are installed. In the lower level of the Clubhouse, tiling and fit-off has commenced and all walls are now sheeted with glazing complete.
While on the green, the posts for the driving range nets have been installed and the nets will soon follow. Landscaping on the putt putt course is now complete and it won’t be too long before future residents can try the course out for themselves.
