We were thrilled to throw open the doors to interested Esperance buyers in June – and what a fantastic turnout it was.
We welcomed more than 40 groups through the community over four Saturday Open Days, and everyone who visited was treated to a relaxed and informative experience.
Guests enjoyed complimentary coffee, followed by personalised tours of our premium facilities and three beautifully furnished display apartments.
As a special bonus, visitors were also given an exclusive sneak peek at the construction progress of our Stage 3 apartments – offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at what’s coming next.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees commenting on the quality, lifestyle offering and tranquil waterfront location.
In fact, some were so impressed that they secured their dream apartment on the spot.
