Almost 100 VIP guests flocked to meet award-winning journalist Kay McGrath at an exclusive event that marked a milestone moment for our Maleny Grove community.
Hosted at Tiffany’s Maleny on Thursday 31 July, the event generated significant buzz as attendees were among the first to glimpse our luxury transformation plans.
As Reside Communities Ambassador and a long-time advocate for positive ageing, Kay is lending her voice to this exciting new chapter. She spent time chatting to guests as well as hosting a relaxed panel discussion with the
experts behind the expansion, including our CEO Glen Brown, and COO Craig Syphers.
Mr Brown said the event was a resounding success.

The masterplan will see Maleny Grove grow from 28 to 94 architecturally designed two and three-bedroom villas, with prices in Stage 1 ranging from $825,000 to $1.4 million.
